Join us at St. John's Spiritual Park for a full day or half day spoon carving workshop with carver and woodworker, Johnathan Wager. August 6 will be a full day session, with participants choosing their preferred woods and working through the full process of turning a block of wood into a useful and beautiful kitchen utensil under the guidance of instructor Johnathan.
August 7 is an afternoon session where participants begin with a wooden spoon blank and complete a small kitchen spoon. No prior experience in woodworking is required. All wood and tools will be provided. Suitable for adults and youths 10 years of age and older. Enjoy a lovely day in the Park, learn a new skill and experience the tranquility that carving brings. Programs are offered free of charge.
Each session is limited to 10 participants. Registration is required. Contact Penny Nutbrown for information or to register.
