The meeting will be held in the church immediately following the 10:30 Eucharist. We are exploring options for a hybrid option which will allow for those unable to attend in person to join the meeting by Zoom. We will provide more information closer to the date.
This meeting is to consider the following motion:
Be it resolved that the vestry of St. John the Evangelist, Port Hope nominates Deborah Anne Chapman and Michael Shane Watson to the diocesan discernment and screening process in order that they continue their discernment in the call to Holy Orders. We understand that this is simply the next step in their discernment and that the diocese may place other requirements or delays.
